even tho i havent heard it, im sure Ps version rocked out. I like the Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl is quite good.
But i dont understand this myspace crap! r people sooo lazy they cant be bothered to actually learn how 2 make their own websites? I bet a lot of the people who use it to try promote their own bands dont know myspaces evil side, ive heard many a story about people posting their own music on there and the myspace people claiming it as theirs cause it wasnt copy written, and now these bands are basically screwed cause they were sooo silly 2 catch onto this fad!

to me, it was the highlight of the show
Prince did a great job -- made it his own
and it's cool of Prince to show them respect

now that Prince isn't dancing around so much anymore
it's been a huge treat to see him workout on his guitars
as much as he's been doing these past few years

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and preferences, but to say Prince "butchered" the song, or that the Foo's cover of Darling Nikki is better, or that Prince can't play guitar?

With any luck, Dave or somebody else from the band shows some humility and set those dumb kids straight.

Enough has been said; of course he was plugged in.

There was a brief, triggered sample of 'oh no let's go' before the chorus of Let's Go Crazy... which didn't really work if you ask me, but no matter as it was barely noticable and I highly doubt anything else was not live (excepting most of the "We Will Rock You" intro).

I was just reading the quotes about Prince being pissed that the Foo Fighters covered him... Interesting that he'd cover them...

first let me say.. I am not what you would label a foo fighter fan, however I do listen to some of their music when it's on the radio..now with that much said I despise the way the re-made Darling Nikki, it makes me nausous ( sp?), but I have to give immediate props to Prince doing Best Of You. I think he totally rocked it and I wouldn't mind hearing him perform the whole song..just MO.!!

Mixed reaction. No suprise.
