I thinks it's the fact I'm almost 25 YO and that I've been exposed mainly to until my teens European Pop/Rock music. I get I opened my musical universe when I hit 15..after kurt cobain's death...then I dared to listen to Pearl Jam, Garbage... That's why the org has been very important to me. Thanks to this website, I foun d some really great artists that I would have never heard about...an example is the entire P-funk universe. It's a great learning process [Edited 2/7/07 17:21pm]

In his favor, since it's been sampled/remade to death he might have actually heard You Are Everything. You're right Mike - this is a great way and place to expand your musical palette.

Well I think Prince is the one to blame! When you love an artist you have the tendency to check his/her influences and favorite artists (Sly, Joni...) Also this place is great because of the incredible variety of taste people have here. It has been countless times that I've been introduced to some great music here.
