Air - Once Upon a Time

From the forthcoming album Pocket Symphony. It's classic Air. You can stream it at their myspace site. I'm loving this song and look forward to the official release of the new album.

it's a nice album. i don't know why people complain about air so much.
it's like nothing's ever good enough anymore since their first album..

which is just a stupid thing to say since they make great tunes all of
the time.

nod The only time they faltered for me is when they changed their style on One Point Twenty-One GigaWatt Legend. I didn't care for that one. Otherwise, they're consistent.

i like the new air album...it's nothing new or different from them, but if you like their sound, you'll like this. some of it sounds straight off of moon safari to me, and in general i think it's a lot smoother than their last two "proper" studio albums.

That's exactly why I like the new album. Air - in their genre - to me are like Sade. They have the same sound but it's always a good sound.

i thought they kinda went off-script a little bit with 10,000 herz legend, though there was stuff i liked from that one. but yeah, at best, they kinda do the same as sade or sigur ros - you can always depend on a certain quality of content from everything they do.
