"Yes, I'm a Witch" is an interesting project.... Yoko chose a bunch of contemporary artists to re-work some of her old songs... and it definitely works well. I have to say after one listen that I'm completely in love with it. AND it's a great place to start discovering the spendor and wonder that IS Yoko. And no, I'm not kidding. She's amazing.

The Peaches mix of "Kiss Kiss Kiss" is fantastic. "Death of Samantha", already one of her most beautiful song, is given a terrific treatment by Porcupine Tree. The high point might be what Spiritualized did with "Walking on Thin Ice".... AWESOMENESS!!!!!

Did they change it to "witch" so they could sell it at Wal-Mart?

I just listened to Kiss Kiss Kiss. Peaches did this live a few years back. Since she hasn't released her own version of it, this one will do.
