BJORK fans (hardcore & casual): Which DVD should i get? which Bjork DVD(s) should i get?
I saw a few at a good price at local record shop and was gonna pick one or more of them up. I think there was: Live at Royal Opera House Bjork - Cambridge Bjork - Live at Shepherds Bush Empire Bjork - MTV Unplugged & MTV Live I'm gonna pick up her Greatest Video hits DVD as well from amazon (i remember seeing several of them way back when, so I know those are really good), but as for the concert DVDs, how do you hardcore Bjork fans AND casual Bjork fans rate the ones above? Do you like any of them better than the others? (if so please give specifics as to what you preferred about one that may have been lacking in the other). I'm in the 'casual Bjork' fan group so i probably wont be getting all 4, more like one or two of the Concert DVDs at the most...so i'm trying to make an informed choice based on what details I get. Thanks in advance!

my favorite is live at royal opera house.
i love the vespertine album, and i'm nuts about the set-up of this tour - the orchestra, the harpist, the greenland women's choir and matmos is her backing band. it sounds amazing. i think it's her most dynamic concert video of all the offerings, though the homogenic tour is also very nice. i'd get 'live box' on CD so you can check them all out on audio for a decent price, then get the DVD of the ones you like most.

Get the one with her videos if they have it in stock. Björk is a fantastic video artist but her live performances are pretty boring in my opinion. I have bought one of her vespertine live-dvds but returned it because she plays most songs exactly like the studio versions just inferior in sound quality.
Her videos are much more interesting to watch in my opinion.

I guess I am not a hardcore fan then. It might be great to watch her perform live in concert but sitting at home and watching a live dvd was a different thing for me. Not my cup of tea.

All the ones you mentioned are in my book.

They're all pretty necessary if you ask me.
Except maybe for that 'miniscule' documentary, interesting as it is to watch through once.

I don't have that. What's different between the 2?

Any new insight in 'Miniscule'? I loved the featurette on the 'Royal Opera House' DVD.
