Are there any books written about Ballard? I haven`t read Wilson`s book either...

A biography about Ballard`s life would make an interesting read... Taraborrelli wrote a lot about her in his book, "Call her miss Ross", including the kidnapping.

From reading the reviews, it looks like this book also focuses on the life after The Supremes. That`s good, nobody needs another book written just to make Diana Ross seem like a monster...

God, Flo had such a high sense of pride.

Diane, though bitchy as can be, still paid for her guilt and didn't try to be nonchalant about it.

I really can't do what lots of people do by siding all the way with Flo, 'cause she could've saved herself had she compromised a little. But then again, i can't side with Diane either.

well i read in a book way back about the beginnings of the supremes how Florence Ballard was raped, it might have tied in with this kidnapping story that somebody mentioned on here earlier. i don't remember which book it was in, but I do remember reading that. It might have been in this book about the Tempts, come to think of it.
