In honour of the Godfather of Soul James Brown, Soulpower and Jazz Cafe present a "James Brown Tribute Party" featuring Soulsister # 1 Marva Whitney, former JB-bass player and musical director Sweet Charles Sherrell, UK soul legend Noel McKoy and London's very own "Push" as well as suprise guests. Before and after the show, Jazz Cafe's resident DJ Perry Louis and Soulpower's DJ Pari (who toured with James Brown and played some of his private parties) will deliver some rare James Brown treats from the turntables.
