To the Northwest Community,



After hearing the news of James Brown's death on Christmas morning,
2006, One Family Inc. felt it important to pay tribute to the legend
with a New Orleans-style memorial. This celebration will feature a
variety of cultural expression; funk, jazz, hip-hop, soul,
afro-Caribbean, turntable-ism, break-dancing and instrumentalism;
paying tribute to a man who founded the music that gave birth to so
much of what we do today. One Family Inc.'s live production team,
Big World Breaks (B.W.B.), will be hosting along with the world famous
Massive Monkees; providing musical backdrop for some of the best
dancers, emcees and singers in the Northwest. It is guaranteed to be a
classic and historical event for all performers and audience alike.
