Please don't buy Timbaland's stuff

Here's another url explaining the situation:

There's plenty of great musicians out there. Please don't support thieves.

lol Me neither. I didn't know much about him before this incident other than his name. But apparently he's popular...

God knows why. There is nothing appealing about any of his "music".

well it's up to that guy who made this "original" track to sue for copyright infringement. He's letting Tim get away with it, and it's not necessarily Timbaland's fault either.

my question is this, why not try to pull P.Diddy's card for the samples he uses? he has used so many that i'm sure he has some loop holes here and there using tracks without permission or crediting the proper peeps.

i like most but not all of Timbaland's stuff. I haven't bought much of it, but i'm still a fan of his regardless.

Well, if this turns out to be true then I'll call him on it. So far I don't know of P.Diddy doing this.

I think this is a unique situation where an "unknown artist"'s music was taken without permission... And not once, but twice.

The guy (Janne Suni) is working with a law firm to deal with the situation.

This is what I was going to say. Shameless of Timbaland not to credit the sample but it's the original artist's choice not to pursue it legally.

He is pursuing it. And it's not sampling. He took the original and added drums...

Whatever you wanna call it. I've not heard the full version of either song, so I don't know how much was taken. The site you referenced indicated that he's not pursuing legal action.

I'm not sure whom you're assigning that eloquent pet-name to, but made no excuses for Timbaland. I only said the original artist should sue if he wants to recoup damages.

That was for Miss Fee. Timbaland the prick would have known of the origins of this piece of music. Maybe if the cock put some proper effort into making some music of his own, he might lose some weight off his fat ass.

Sorry about that. boxed That's a mistake. He's indicated on his own website that he's talking to a law firm.

[We must also remember - these are allegations. Nothings been proven, no one's going to court. I think until that takes place, we cannot be a part of the assumptions and "he said" "she said" stuff. The man has a website promoting his views and allegations... let's leave it at that until an actual case is filed.
