MICK JAGGER 'SWEET THING' I don't know if anyone remembers or even knows about this song when it came out in 1993 from one of Jagger's solo albums. This whole song has a real heavy Prince vibe to it, in both the sound and beat and also in Jagger's high falsetto that runs through the song. I wonder if Mick was taking any influence from Prince and any of his songs from back in the late '80s and early '90s. The song just has a thick Prince vibe going on, in my opinion. Probably my "Mick Jagger Solo" favourite song.
Don't know about the Prince Vibe, it only seems to me a great RS tune. | |
