Its actually out here too, some local stores in NYC got it yesterday, but right now im still listening to my new Mellencamp and i had to get my girl Norah and her limited cd/dvd, sorry Madonna i'll get you soon. in America,we only get the digi-pak version  in other countries,they get a choice of the DVD version and the digi-pak
