80s Jam of the Day: Robert Palmer "Addicted to Love" Arguably the late singer's biggest hit (and ironically for him, an original recording given his history of remakes) was one of the gems of the decade, led by a driving tempo and a memorable, rocking guitar solo, complemented by Palmer's cool and understated vocals. The lead single from IMO Palmer's strongest album, "Riptide." [Edited 1/25/07 23:39pm] THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums.
