No matter what anyone says Beyonce was good in it. Not superb but she got the job done.

I think you should go to the Theatres to see this Movie -

It's a Big production on alot of differnt levels, and should be experienced on the big screen to get the full affect in my opinion.

It is worth the Money..

It was a great, conventional, and wholesome movie! It's not really a "biopic", in any sense, although it is inspired by The Supremes. It is a 2 1/2 hour flick and it's worth nearly every minute. The performances are simply energetic and they have so much magic in them. There are some sappy moments in the movie, but the drama is good and full of emotion. Jennifer Hudson and Eddie Murphy were definitely the stand-outs in the movie. The huge production is so glitzy and polished, that it should be experienced on the big screen. If you are a fan of soul music of the 60's and a lover for musicials, you should definitely go to your nearby theatre and check it out, but be prepared to stay there for over 2 hours.

Then go see it ... I'm telling you it was like being in a Broadway Theatre... people screaming and applauding after certain performances

It is good. The only thing that really distracts me about the movie is Beyonce's and Jamie Foxx's average at best performances and some of the moments in the film that seem melodramatic and sappy.
