Honestly i agree, he should pay more attention to actually helping the artists he puts together actually grow as artists instead of turning them into one hit one album wonders and then their gone. Not that he has really developed any artists before, but if hes such a "visionary" put something out there and develop it. Im not impressed that he got Danity Kane to number one, i mean MTV ran the show 24/7 for a year and reruns all day and marathons and all that, so really you bought a number one, anyone with $$ can do that.

Let's see...if I recall, MTB1 was the awful O-Town (not featuring Diddy, but rather Lou Pearlman), MTB2 was the quickly disbanded rap group Da Band (featuring Babs, Ness, Dylan, etc), MTB3 was Danity Kane, and MTB4 will be this boy band.

MTB3 had two seasons cuz Diddy felt there wasn't enough talent from season MTB3(a) to make a band. He brought back Andrea, Aubrey, and Malika for season MTB3(b). For some unknown reason, he apparently thought there was enough talent from MTB3(b) to make a band and hence we have the shatacular Danity Kane.

so is he trying to get the new "New Kids on the Block" or the new "New Edition"???

His ass needs to be paying more attention to spending time with his make believe "wife" and their kids before she raises the child support on his ass again.

shucks he actually had "New Edition", but then lost them....their best album after their "Heartbreak" era was "Home Again" because they didn't sound like they were trying to hard to sound like what music sounded like at that time. Hard to believe that even that album came out 10+ years ago.
