Ladies and gents, Billy Squier: http://www.youtube.com/wa...iCPOmLWttI Knew what it was before I clicked! There was so much talk about this and speculation for years, I guess. It's just so lame and it's not so much that his dancing is gay...It's kind of scary. I heard Jeanane Graffalo compare it to that nerdy SNL character Martin Short did, which is very accurate. Howard Stern and the gang brought this up the other day to the point where they even started to watch the video and laugh. Howard used to work in Detroit and he said Billy was good to him while Steve Perry from Journey was a prick and he hoped he aged badly (he just had a 58th birthday!). Anyway, they ended up cutting that out soon because it was radio, of course. He told everyone to check out the video, though. I had too go on Youtube as they were talking and boy...what a joke!

Apollonia 6 - Sex Shooter The Jacksons - Torture Lionel Ritchie - Hello & Dancing on the Ceiling Aretha Franklin - Jumping Jack Flash Eddie Murphy - Party All the Time I never saw the "Sex Shooter" video until I bought the special editon of "Purple Rain". I assumed it was similar to the simple "Nasty Girl" video or an extentsion of their live performance from the movie (which were very similar). It ended up being dull as all fuck for such a funky and sexy song! All those videos are pretty bad although I liked the MJ ones you listed and I'm not an MJ nut. "Leave Me Alone" for years was a favorite MJ song.

Ladies and gents, Billy Squier: http://www.youtube.com/wa...iCPOmLWttI To Billy Squier,........damn THAT video was freaking WACK!!! If any artist is going to make a gay-looking video, he/she needs to do it like they have some class and with a good budget. Billy did THIS bullshyt like he wasn't making money from touring! "Gangster Glam" How could we forget? The Borat-like outfit and bizarre scenes at the pool (with Tony M as the pool boy) definitely makes this cringe -worthy. Also, Eddie Money's "Shakin"...really bad "Old man's gotta be the old man. Fish has got to be the fish."

Latoya Jackson: You're gonna get rocked. http://www.youtube.com/wa...g7ATxVX9hs
This is Latoya's worst video. More than the "Hearts don't lie" video. Yes the video was corny but at least Latoya was being herself. In "You're gonna get rocked" 32 year old Latoya is pretending to be a tough girl from the streets, similar to her little brother Michael in the "Bad" video. Also her voice was to thin to make the song believable.

Great songs, but not the best videos. Love is a Battlefield has that hilarious angry shoulder shake dance. From what I remember In the Air Tonight is just a close up on Phil's face, never a good concept. Sinead O Connor did it, but at least she's very pretty. And Batdance looks like an high school production featuring one genius. I always wondered why his video budgets were so small. My Legacy
