The One to Watch on American Idol Melinda Doolittle. The best I've seen on there in a good long while. She reminds me some of Gladys Knight.

The channel button on the remote control! That damn AI lost the little remaining credibility after Jennifer Hudson got screw in Season 3. 
True funk soliders and soul rebels are more likely to have a more difficult time becoming the next "American Idol" because most of the people that are voting (ages 25 and way under) really don't know REAL singing talent when they hear it at all. [Edited 1/24/07 16:00pm] | |
