That album actually won Canada's version of the Mercury prize last year. I've heard a few tracks, and found it enjoyable enough, but it didn't change my life or anything.

Guy plays violin...does kick-ass live cover of Mariah Carey's Fantasy.

Also he play with The Arcade Fire live

Yes, that was their original name. It was later shortened to just Fuzzbox. They are one of my favorite groups. R.I.P.

I guess I'd term what I heard as orchestral pop, somewhat along the lines of a moodier, mopier Divine Comedy, if you know what they sound like.
