Levi's is always using good songs.....I know they've used songs by Portishead and Air. Back in the late 70s the Levi song was some kind of country jingle that went something like "Le Le Le Levi's Ah Ah." It was catchy as hell for some reason. OMG I found it!!!!! http://youtube.com/watch?v=nBYgbeT6ciI [Edited 1/27/07 14:16pm] The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

4. All Mixed Up - Red House Painters (The Gap) I really liked that one. I've never set foot in a Gap in my life, but they used fantastic music in their ads. [Edited 1/28/07 8:27am]

I used to really hate this shit, but now I am kind of numb to it. I guess I still hate it when they change the words to a classic to promote a product.
I recently saw a Target ad that used Hello, Goodbye and flashed the words "Hello. Good Buy." on the screen. That pissed me off, but I generally don't care anymore if they use a song somewhat tastefully. I liked this ad: http://www.youtube.com/wa...k1MnEzvnLk If your going to sell out icons, you might as well go big, I suppose. The Who's - "Happy Jack" Badly Drawn Boy - "Something To Talk About" Badly Drawn Boy's All Possibilities was in Target for a while. I like that he's getting played, but not so crazy about Hummer. Fatboy Slim (I think, and I forget the commercial)--"It's a wonderful night...come on and break it on down" VW has good music, as does IPod. These commercials really play better music than the radio. It's absolutely pathetic! My Legacy
