Whitney Houston- Fine

This jam from 2000 has been in constant rotation in my CD player today! I forgot how solid this one sounded because it is one of Whitney's more underrated tunes. Raphael Saadiq produced this mid-tempo, feel-good song and Whitney is in fine form here. Does anyone else remember this song?

nod Love it! I liked all the new songs on the hits album, but this one is definitely my favorite.

How many new songs were there? Which Greatest hits are we talking about? I've seen several in the last years smile

The Greatest Hits, which is her only hits album

Same Script, Different Cast (featuring Deborah Cox)
Could I Have This Kiss Forever (featuring Enrique Iglesias)
Fine
If I Told You That (featuring George Michael) [not a "new" song, of course]

I thought that The Greatest Hits compilation was skimpy at best because it wasn't that complete and there was nothing really special about those remixes. There were some of her biggest hits that weren't included on the compilation, which made it even more disappointing! The new songs were cool though.

The European version was better and had all the hits. It ditched all those hummm stupid remixes

No i haven't, to be honest, i'm not really a fanof re-mixes. I only tend to bother with them if they're totally different to the origional.

Having said that i do really like the thunderpuss remix of It's not right but it's okay.
