This CD is excellent and can you believe it only sold 12,000 copies? By far one of the most underrated CD's of the 90s. I have a lot of the stuff he did with Vice as well and it makes me wish Corey would've done more stuff.

Yeah. The whackasses at LaFace didn't know what to do with this project. At the time Corey dropped "Hymns," LaFace was working with Usher's project as well as the TLC "Fan Mail" joint and CG got lost in the shuffle. It would've been a good deal had they put some muscle into that project.
