Wow.
I think that's a really cool concept for a video and I like all the chances Robbie took with his current album. Can't wait to hear the remixes for this single. T4P.

WTF, sounds like "west end girls" LOL. Thats no bad thing, but damn it sure sounds like the pet shop boys, and thus very dated.
Robbie is not that funny though. He thinks he is, but him and his music just ain't as good as it use to be. Still, it was bound to happen.

I'm surprised Robbie is so successful in the UK given how dry and obscure he seems. He doesn't come across as a really "open," likable personality. There's a darkness to his music that's interesting to me. America would never *get* this video. ... [Edited 1/18/07 15:45pm]

I'm surprised Robbie is so successful in the UK given how dry and obscure he seems. America would never *get* this video. I dont think he is that big at the moment. Irony is, that his old boyband "Take That" are currently selling more singles and albums as he is in the UK. Not that Take That will last, but thats a "fuck you" to Robbie for not even joining them for one date on their tour. Your right about America not "getting" it. Not that anything Robbie puts out is clever mind you. At least his earlier stuff was catchy. He did try America though. He had no chance. US radio is very segregated, ie rock station, rap station, rnb station, country station, MOR station. I dont see where Robbie woulda fitted in.

Agreed. Still, James Blunt is huge in America, WTF? Funny who hits big in USA from UK and who doesn't. Girls aloud wouldn't stand a chance in america either, for the same basic reason that no one would no who to aim it to on the radio.

Ya, I'm bored with the U.S., personally. I'd much rather be elsewhere.

Well, we did embrace the Spice Girls hardcore (but that was the last big British invasion, IMHO).

Better then the US counterparts of Aaron carter, nsync, backstreet boys etc.... Thats not saying the songs are better, just that they have aged well. Though ironically "holla" from Rodney Jerkins smacks of a TLC "no scrubs" type song, and has dated badly.

I'd take Emma Bunton over Timberfake.

I think it's pathetic judging an artist sucess based only on his/her success in America. At least mainstream Europe is more openminded than America.

Those are some bored ass drag queens. What was the point? The end was kind of funny. I didn't see Coco Peru, who was in the funny as hell "Girls will be Girls". I love that movie and I don't give a shit if Issiah Washington says I'm a, you know. I'm not and fuck him!
