Remember This Soul Diva?

I bought this for her SASSY "Go Away Little Boy" only find out that EVERYTHING about that albums is just right....


Her biography is quite impressive too,,,,she was a Count Basie vocalist. Thats says ALOT nod

As a House music D.J., i know of her stuff well. I have quite a few records that use her voice as a sample. Two that come to mind are "Love Dancin" by Roger S and "Rose Rouge" by St. Germain. These are some great house tracks that use her voice.

Yeah, she's from the tough mouthed school(Millie, Shirley, Betty, Barbara and Denise). But she's abit more polished comparing to them nod

You'll find most of her stuff enjoyable.

You should check out Shaw`s version, it`s really good music Although i`m a big fan of Gladys Knight, i didn`t love her take on this song...
