GREAT movie too! I didn't know they did a remastered soundtrack for this. I just recently found it on DVD.

I got the tape, too. Right after rushing out to see what had to be one of the worst films ever committed to celluloid...

I remember seeing this movie back in 1985.It really sucked but Vanity looked sensational in it She's the only reason I went to see it,lol

As for the soundtrack....I only like Stevie's "Upset Stomach".

I've been trying to download this thing off slsk for weeks. Only got the title track so far.

I didn't know the movie was on DVD until my Pop told me last week. Now I find out there's a remastered soundtrack?

I loooved this movie. Taimak, Vanity, little Ernie Reyes, Jr., Rhythm of the Night. Silly but fun. Fans begged for a sequel but Berry Gordy owned the rights and wasn't too interested in making movies. Wish he had sold them to someone who wanted to do something with the idea.

Vanity was the only reason I went to see this movie back in 1985. And she was the only reason I bought the soundtrack. There were other Motown songs that were used in the film that didn't make the soundtrack like Rockwell's "We Live In A Jungle" and the Temptations' "Treat Her Like A Lady". I was annoyed the latter didn't make in onto the soundtrack.

I LOVE this cheesy, camp, crap of a movie! I can probably quote it from beginning to end. Very sad, I know.

I love this song.

wish i could get just this in mp3 form. in this era most of the movies were pretty cheesy. so it fit right in.

this movie has so many funny lines its crazy. thanks to the thread starter for pulling this memory for me.

My favorite scene in the movie is when the bad guys tied up Vanity with rope, and when Bruce Leroy caught the bullet with his teeth! I love this flick!

I just borrowed my dad's DVD of this. The director's commentary sucks! And there's no trailers or deleted scenes.

And that performance of "7th Heaven" is awful.

I'm sorry, but for me the soundtrack is incomplete if Suki Yaki Hot Saki Sue isn't on there. That is the jam!!
