Someone please help me settle a bet... On Outcast's song "So fresh, so clean"... I almost positive I've heard that music somewhere before, but I can't identify it... My friends say that it is original music... Who's right?

Thanx everyone it helped a lot..... The difference is Prince mostly creates his own music while rappers seem to have to mostly rely on 10- 15 year old songs ripped from others.... Which is part of what my bet was with my friends... That if you hear some above average music from today's popular rappers..... they got it from somewhere else.
