This woman is so underrated in my opinion. She was/is bad ass and has an incredible voice and did songs that were new wave, rock and r&b with a touch of funk! My favorite tracks from her are..

I only have her greatest hits collection but I would love to start collecting her albums. I believe they are all out of print which is such a shame! Anyway, show your love for this funky diva here!

i've just been reading all about her collaborations with talking heads - she was very instrumental in their whole "expanded" funk group formation in the early '80s.

I don't have any of her music, but from what I've heard she is quite good.

She was just on an episode of Showtime's The "L" Word last week too.
