I'd say Yay to nearly all of those. Any show actually focusing on music is missed by me.

Tony, have you always lived in Louisiana? If so, did y'all pick up "Black Gold" from Jackson, MS. A friend of mine is from Lake Providence, LA (I think that's the name of the city in Louisiana, just over the Mississippi line) and he said they used to get it there. Andy is a four letter word.

I've been in Louisiana my whole life before I moved to Arkansas in 2006. While I lived in New Orleans & Baton Rouge, I don't recall ever seen Black Gold at all (my cousin Bev might have, since we both have the same musical taste). But I have seen The Jukebox Network (aka The Box) since 1989. That lasted almost a decade before they were brought out by MTV.

She actually made me laugh with her ridiculous show, Just Say Julie. Made some pretty stupid songs that make me laugh, too.

Like "Rude Boy." yup. and what was the one about the punk kids, "another state of mind" or something like that? growing up in the culture-deprived bowels of the midwest, 'night flight' was my oxygen. i would sit up all night with a tape in the VCR, ready to record everything that i thought looked cool...then i'd watch the tape all week until the next night flights came on.
