Your favourite Sunday albums..

..not the band. What are everyones favourite albums for listening to a Sunday? Artists that you just have to pull out and listen to, music that fit's that particular day. Mine have been the same for years.

ACDC - For some reason Sunday is my classic rock day and i'm always digging on either Let There Be Rock or Powerage

James Brown - Sex Machine. James always gets played on a Sunday and this album gets the most time on my turntable.

Johnny Cash - More often than not it's the Sun era material. My dad always played cash when i was a kid so i've followed suit.

Steely Dan - Gaucho. It's the greatest wallpaper music ever and it's meant as a compliment. The Dan are great to unwind to.

theres others but these seem to be my Sunday staples and rather strangely new music rarely seems to get played. It's always the old stuff. What do you folks play?

Alana Davis :: Surrender Dorothy (2005) -- Always de-stresses me. I really love a song on here called "The Reaper."

johnny cash's "love" or "god" anthology is good sunday morning makin' breakfast music.

usually on saturdays, i like long, rambly albums that i can play over and over and not get sick of. that usually means stereolab or saint etienne or something equally ba-pa-paaa french poppy.
