Madonna working on a new album---exclusive details from producer Stuart Price

There was a brief comment from Stuart Price on the US television show E! in their weekly news segment. He said that he is working with Madonna on a new album for the new year and that it is going to be quite "a work of art",that they are building the sound on dance,R&B, and even some rock n' roll,a totally new sound from their previous collaborations and that they are very excited to finish. He also said that she will collaborate with a few other producers.

hmmm

might as well sort out some of the early rumors lol

***Madonna will do a song with Mary J.Blige for this album---In a recent interview,Mary said that she wants to collaborate with Madonna. It has been reported that Madonna contacted her,but who knows if a collaboration will really happen?

***Madonna and Lenny Kravitz will work together---This is true, they are planning to write a song together but it is slated to appear on his next album, not hers.

waiting for the early fake tracklists to pop up lol

It'll be "sweet" as long as it's not the generic, lame R&B that we hear on the radio these days lol I'm thinking she should do another song like "Push"....a very R&B-sounding track that was fun and catchy.

Have you heard any more about what's up with the Cyndi Lauper collabo?

It'd be alright if it was anything like the recent Nelly Furtado singles. Or Beyonce. But I can't imagine it being like either.

As long as it's not crunk, I'm fine. lol

We should just make up a fake tracklist based only on the very little knowledge we have of the album. And then everyone will be like "Wow, that sounds like a great song just based on the title"!

Oh yeah....I forgot about the Cyndi Lauper rumor.According to Cyndi, the two of them are huge fans of each other and are finally gonna get into the studio and write songs together. This is something they've been planning for years.

Madonna should be working with artists like Cyndi and Mary instead of Britney. I'll still count that duet as a low point for her. lol

I enjoyed 'Confessions' so much that I don't want her to tinker with that formula too much.I want her and Stuart to build on what they did with that album...take it to another level. This time, she should throw in several stunning ballads.

It's clear that Madonna is trying to copy the mighty Alaska and her Band, Fangoria:

I think after "Push", I hope Madonna brings her R&B A-game.

For most people, including myself, it's a favorite. She had it all going on but in general, Madonna is best when doing upbeat dance and the dance track on BS was the only kind of bs track ("Don't Stop").

If Madonna did a track like "Say It Right" I would not be disappointed.

But I have to say I am a bit annoyed that she is continuing on with Stuart, as I'm not a fan of his productions OR his remixes.

Madonna should go glam-rock with some flirt with electro...

Leave the shitty R&B to the likes of Beyoncé and those other R&B bimbos
