LOVE THIS SONG! It has an undeniable 80s sound and is one of the best songs from that decade in my opinion. But does anyone know about the whole deal with the artist taking Jagger to court over copyright infringement? I believe that he was an obscure reggae artist who accused Jagger of stealing ideas from him.
Does anyone know for sure what the verdict was and if it was proven that Mick did in fact take the song's ideas from this guy?

Also, is anyone sure or know about what exactly the whole copyright infringement deal was over? Was he accusing Jagger of stealing the music or the lyrics of this song, or was it both the music and lyrics?
