Harlepolis

I love O'Neal's voice WAAAAY more than Morris' trippy Prince-like voice. But I prefer "Get It Up,,,get ready for real good time".

I'm glad it has "What Is This Thing Called Love?," but it's still not perfect. It uses the single version of "Criticize," but I prefer the album mix. More importantly, it doesn't have "Aphrodisia." disbelief Seriously, the way Alex sings the line "so let me be your superniiiiigga" has to be one of the funniest things ever recorded. lol

I can remember card parties with my uncles where we played that song a dozen times in a row. I have Love Makes No Sense on CD and tape.

Najee

Nothing against Alexander O'Neal's "Innocent," but even Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis will admit that is a rhythmic clone of The Time's "Get It Up." The predecessor gets my vote.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!
