OMG! I went to my First Fangoria concert last nite.... It was the concert of my life. Alaska is a Goddess. Forget Madonna, Kylie and those other pop tarts. Alaska is the real queen of pop.
Here are some pics from last nite taken by my friend Vasco: I was at the front row...in front of her, singing and dancing like crazy! I even touched her hand!!! Best time of my life

She opened for the Pet Shop Boys, didn't she? Yes, she did before. They opened the show with Fantasmas from the latest album. Her voice was a bit rough, but when the second kicked she went great. They even performed a kick-ass version of "descongelate"

Great! That one is from when I still listened to their music in the 80s. It's not the same without Berlanga though

Actually the concert was shared with 2 other acts: 12Twelve and Nancys Rubias.
I'm still in shock with Nancy's Rubias. I don't know if if I loved them or hated them! By the way Fangoria ended the show Rey del Glam with Nancys Rubias. [Edited 1/7/07 9:36am]

CinisterCee said: MikeMatronik said: jealous? that Fangoria shook your hand before I did no, Alaska is the one I shook hands. Fangoria is the duo she's in. They are like the spanish pet shop boys but more gheir and more experimental

I'm confused. Fangoria is a horror movie magazine. There's a group that goes by the name too? Or did the magazine sponsor the event?

Fangoria is an electro-pop Spanish band that took the name after the American horror film magazine
