Will Eddie Murphy cut another album?

He and Jennifer Hudson pretty much saved Dreamgirls. And he sounded pretty damn good, worlds away from "Party All the Time."

But would anyone on hear actually want to hear a full album from him now, and, if so, what would you want it to sound like?

Nope, have no interest in him. Like Jamie Foxx he is what he is.....and I don't go there lol

The only thing I could imagine being interesting is if he collaborated with Andre 3000. The two of them should get together and cover '80s new wave songs, like some weird reverse Blues Brothers. Or maybe not. lol

As long as he sings in his chest voice, like in the movie. I don't like his high voice

Hopefully it will be a COMEDY album. I wish more that Eddie would get back to stand up.

Granny Klump: Lemme tell ya bout my strippa man. I taught him every trick he know about sangin. That's right. Once a week, after a little bingo and .....he'd come to my house and I'd give him voice lessons. Sometimes his lessons got cut short cause Isaac couldn't keep his hands off me, so we'd break, I'd give Isaac a lil' appetizer, while Eddie had a slice of Sweet Potato Pie and some of my Lambrusco Kool-Aid. Then, we'd go back to Fa La La-ing and Doe Ray Me-in. And if you don't believe me, "I'll scream!"

He was asked that exact question on Bravo's "Inside the Actor's Studio". Basically, he said something along the lines that he gets the urge every now and then, but he knows the hard work (doing the comedy club circuit) involved and he doesn't know if he wants to put in the work. However, he didn't exactly rule out doing something in the future...
