yeah, fine, except "The Story" was their 60's output. the 70's are a footnote. this is decidedly NOT "the story". it's a follow up piece on page E12 two weeks later.

I love their 70s stuff biggrin biggrin biggrin . I only have a two tape set from Motown but the fourth side has about 13 songs from Up the ladder to the roof (a killer ballad, especially the crazy wahwah bass loop(WAAANNGGGG!!!) after verse one (You know the one!!!). Other gems like Stone Love, Nathan Jones (badass song that one) I'll guess I'll miss the man and Automatically Sunshine. But the gems are Bad Weather and a 1976 Disco NUGGET called I'm gonna let my heart do the walking (Must be an early gay disco classic that one smile .
This is not puke but bloody good female vocals here. Jean Terrells voice is lot cleare and sweeter than Diana Rosses (Sorry but I love her later stuff too especially Chain Reaction and I'm coming out)
But this is five star girly music, what Beyonce should stick 2. lol lol lol
