Best Current Live Act Having seen Michael Franti & Spearhead twice recently - I'd say they are the best live act doing the rounds at the moment. Don't believe me, then download recent concerts (legally & free) on www.archive.org.
Who else (barring the 3121 Las Vegas gigs) is kicking it on tour right now?

Keeping in mind my biases, I'd have to say Prince has been the best live act for about 20 years running. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Currently, as in touring right at this moment? not sure... My favorites for putting on consistently good live shows: Prince Santana Pat Metheny Group ... " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout
