Today's pop music scene is filled with a bunch of whiny,bratty egomaniacs with very little real talent.These "artists" (and I use that term loosely) are extremely annoying.This is the thread where you can talk mess about the artists that piss you off (lol).I'll get the ball rolling...



***Eminem---I think this guy has real talent,I really do.But he seriously needs to get some therapy! Nearly EVERY song he puts out is about his dysfunctional childhood,his dysfunctional mother,etc etc.His angry,bitter self-referential lyrics are getting tired,imo.In a recent Rolling Stone interview,he confessed that he had sex with Mariah Carey last year (what a gentleman,huh?).Last night on the VMAs,he behaved like a second grade bully on the school playground (poor Moby).This guy has serious issues and the more famous he gets,the worse his behavior gets.


***Pink---In a recent interview with World Entertainment News,she stated that "Madonna has had her time" and "I'm out to make people forget about Madonna".Nowadays,young artists talk shit after only two albums.Let's see if she has the same longevity and continued success that Madonna is still having,TWENTY YEARS after the release of the first album.Good luck,sweetie!

***Shakira---This woman seems to be famous for only only thing...shaking her ass!! I'm serious,watch her videos,that's all she does! She just shakes her ass and flings her hair around.Her songs are watered down Latin pop crap,and she is grossly over-hyped and over-exposed.One critic referred to her as "this year's Andrea True" and I have to agree...lol...

I've always hated Linkin Park. I can't stand the main guy's whiney voice, and their music, and the fact that they're doing rap-rock which doesn't even exist as far as I'm concerned. They have zero talent.

I used to be able to tolerate Eminem, but he's been out of control lately, and definitely worn out his welcome. I agree with all of the views about him on this thread, so there's no need to repeat them.

FYI both of my sisters love Linkin Park & Eminem. I made the mistake of telling them that they have bad taste in music last night. Then they started ripping on me because of Prince.
