Is it true that there's suppose to be a re-release of Beyonce's B'day with new songs, a Shakira duet and a spanish version of Irreplaceable?

I'm not buying it but I sooo hate that this is becoming a regular for record companies. I fell for it when it it first started happening but no more. Now I feel like even if it's an album from my favorite artist maybe I should wait 8-12 months or so when the re-release comes out.

Well Gloria started as a member of Miami Sound Machine doing music in spanish (several albums if I'm not mistaken), then the band crossoverd with Dr. Beat to the English Market...then Gloria released her english stuff as all of us now. She only ventured to a pure solo spanish album with Mi Tierra in the yearly 90's. (She released some versions of her hit songs in spanish and portuguese before Mi Tierra...)
