In 1981,Deniece Williams worked with producer Thom Bell and came up with one of her most satifying albums,'My Melody'.This album is mostly remembered for the lush ballad "Silly" but the first single "What Two Can Do" is my personal favorite.A lite,breezy tune that is reminiscent of Bell's work with The Spinners,it's irresistible:

I like this one, too but really? It's your favorite from that album? Her voice is superb as always, and you're right that it does have that Spinners sound, but that staccato keyboard part in the background during the chorus kinda dates it. Thom Bell is defnitely one of my top 5 producers.
