Whateva Happend 2 Her?
Miss Siedah Garrett. I loved her duet with MJ(My FAVE song from Bad!). I remember her coming up with an album couple of years ago and ending up in Madonna's background tour band, but thats about it. She was one of the "better" artists of Quincy'd Qwest label IMHO

From what I know she was the vocalist of the Brand New Heavies for awhile and then later she replaced Nikki as madonna's background singer at the re-invention tour
Siedah also continues to compose songs for other artists

But talking about more serious issues...
Shame Siedah didn't have more sucess. She has a marvellous voice, she does her own material...

When Qwest closed its doors, Ms.Garret's career closed down with it.
But she seem more comfortable doing the "session artist" as opposed to the foreground thing. Paulette McWilliams, Lisa Fisher, Cissy Houston, Cindy Mizelle and Siedah seem to be better off being "session musicians". And not to mention, a session musician's career last longer and provides a safe income than a solo artist,,,,sometimes anyway.
