Her duet with Michael Henderson is the right cream on the coffee(in that compilation too  ).
You should hear her Minnie Riperton's version of "Completeness",,,FUNKY as you wanna get
If I'm not mistaken, she did alot of background for Phyllis Hyman. | |

you got any of her CDs? Only "Jean Carn" and "Happy to be with you", which this song is from. Of those two, "Jean Carn" is my favorite, because of "Free love", "You got a problem" and "If you wanna go back", which i read was a huge clubfavorite in the UK. You would love the "Jean Carn" album.... | |

I preferred if they were separated or a 2 cd set.. I still buy the two-fer if I don't have another choice.actually,a few of the late-80s CDs are sold as a 2-CD set.'Love Fever' (1985) and 'Let Me Touch You' (1987).Btw,the latter CD is the final album they recorded with producers Gamble and Huff. | |
