I Still Believe/Pure Imagination (Damizza Remix) is also one of her best.

WBT actually had a remix with new vocals.

My All/Stay Awhile is one of my all time favorites but I also like one of the Say Somethin' remixes, Fly Away (Butterfly Reprise).

'The Roof' is my all time fav!

I love Breakdown w/ Bone Thugz in Harmony and Thank God I Found You f/ Joe and Nas. Joe is incredible on that one. She has done alot of great remixes over the years. Heartbreaker f/ Missy and Da Brat comes to mind as well.

Yup, I think a double disc came out a couple years back. And even that release was missing quite a few gems.
