Doobies...Kool!!!!! Hey, has anybody else heard a Little Feat track called Red Steamliner, recorded live, with the Doobie Brothers guesting? I thought that was a Kool track, too! ...and another Kool Little Feat tune, called "Gringo" that sounds like latter day, Michael Mcdonald-era Doobie Brothers...they're both on this CD: ... Nice blues groove on Red Steamliner. Gringo's piano reminds me of the rhythms Mike McDonald uses on Here To Love You & How Do the Fools Survive. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. They are even on my favorite eppy of what's happening "which Doobie you be?" Yeah, exactly! I ran a thread on here about that classic episode of "What's Happening!". It was so off the hook that they had it in two parts! I love the Doobie's. Especially before Michael joined. The only song I like by them with him is of course "Taking It To The Streets". SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."
