D'Angelo-Untitled I have always liked this song for its Prince-ly sound to it. D'Angelo's lst really great song (IMO).
I have always heard through various people that the song was dedicated to Prince. Can anyone explain how? Was it an homage or was there a deeper back story to this song? Thanks "Old man's gotta be the old man. Fish has got to be the fish."

D'Angelo and ?uestlove were the main collaborators on this album, at least idea wise. They openly drew alot of ideas from Prince and J Dilla.
