They have about seven albums I'd class as truly great - up there with the best shit ever made. The first four in particular are essential. IV is arguably the best, and a decent starting point (the album with no title/sketchy cover).
Favourite song? Rain Song, possibly. I listened to that everyday for about 12 months a while back. Achilles Last Stand is epic, too. In reality, though, Led Zep have a shitload of great songs and a shitload of great albums. I'd argue with anyone that they were the best rock line-up ever. Plant, Page, Jones, Bonham - doesn't get much better than that. | |

Robert Plant is my favorite rock vocalists of all-time!! I love him and Freddie Mercury, too. Favorite Song: "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You." Favorite cd... That's a tough one. My favorite cd's are the first four, plus Houses of the Holy. I love em all though, really. I have the box set of studio recordings...plus a concert dvd. Love that band. [Edited 10/2/06 5:01am] | |

Man, there are quite a few Zepp fans on this site, including myself. I've ran some threads on the band myself.
