My boys are back! They have a new cd that is an import-only,unfortunately. This cd rocks after the first few listens! It is quintessential 'bone with ska,soul,metal,funk,etc. You know the routine by now. The songs sound really fresh and I really enjoy it. My only complaints are that the artwork is pretty bad,the sound could be a tad better(it is REALLY loud),and the crunch is missing in the rock songs.This is a very strong effort by the boys,but there is no crunch.The cd is probably closer to Chim Chim than anything else. There are some really strong tunes on here,including "lose your mind","date rape",and "skank'n' go nuttz".

I have long given up hope that the masses will give this band the love they deserve,but they should be getting a better push in the U.S.. They may not go platinum,but they shouldn't have to fight for every table scrap and they damned well should be able to release records whenever they wish.We all need Fishbone.
