Living out here in So. Cali, I've been hearing this new cut titled "Imagine" that's going to be on Snoop's new album "The Blue Carpet Treatment".produced by Dr. Dre. that's out later this month. Out here had the "world premire" of the airing of the song and I gotta tell u, this song is BANGIN'. Dre and Snoop take turns on yhe verses about "Imagine if Biggie and Pac was still alive. Imagine if there was no racism and police brutality." D'Angelo is singing his ass off on the hook about "Hang a picure in the sky." He's turning it out with his Prince inspired falsetto. The music definately sounds like something D'Angelo wrote. Have any of the rest of u heard it in your neck of the woods? And if so, whatcha' think? Like I said, I dig it. Just like I dig the collab with Snoop and R. Kelly. The music is straight G-Funk, ala Parliament groove inspired. It's looking like this new album by Snoop is going to have some cuts on it. I've never been a big fan of rap, in general. BUT, I've always dug Public Enemy, and most West Coast rap, i.e., Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, etc. Mainly cuz of the grooves they use which is G-Funk.

new snoop cd is hot! if you like snoop anyways. so is the new jay-z=hot!

So, nobody else has heard or evn likes this song? I gotta tell ya, the main reason I dig it is because of D'Angelo's vocals on the hook. That takes the soog to another level.

I've seen the video for Vato, but haven't heard any other tracks.

jammin to it this joint right now...this is definilty the stand-out track - love the Prince vibe (and its a very Prince vibe hook) amongst Dre & Snoop - priceless.
