NOVEMBER 22nd 8PM

I hope they keep "Erotica/You Thrill Me." That was the highlight of the show for me, I love what Stuart Price did with that song and the dancing in that number is so hot and, well, erotic. Madonna is at her most sexually attractive in this performance...

They better also keep "Music," "Sorry," "Jump," "Like it Or Not" and "Lucky Star."

I could live without:

"Forbidden Love"
"Isaac"
"Drowned World"
"Paradise"

I wonder what they'll cut. I'm glad the whole cross segment is out...for me that was the absolute LOW POINT of the show...totally lacking in subtlety or subliminal messaging, it felt tacky and somewhat desperate. Plus we've been there done that with Madonna dissing the Vatican in like 1989 and it was a lot more badass back then (mind you I was also in 3rd grade).

I'm actually surprised that THIS is the show finally reaching a mass network TV audience..."Reinvention" was much more corporate friendly with all of the oldies; this one is almost ALL of the new album.

Back in 2004,she was in negotiations with CBS to do a concert special, but there were some disagreements about could be shown on network TV.Maddy wanted the entire show to air without any commercial interruptions and CBS said "No way".Personally,I'm thrilled that the 'Confessions' show is the one that will air on TV.The 'Confessions' era has been amazing, and this is the perfect way to bring it all to an end. It's a fitting finale.

I really don't want them to cut any more songs from this special. It's bad enough that we're losing an entire song ("Live To Tell"),why edit out any more songs? I hate to see an "edited" version of a concert.

Madonna said in interview it was more important to get the infomation about her raising malwai foundation than to have the cross shown so she was willing to compromise on that.

i've head that the special will be shown with fewer commericals than normal.

This pulsing two-hour special
marks the first-ever broadcast network performance by the international pop superstar. Filmed at Wembley Stadium in London, UK during her worldwide sold-out 25-city "Confessions Tour", the special will feature songs from the artist's recent multi-platinum Warner Bros. Records release "Confessions On A Dance Floor," which debuted at No. 1 in 29 countries and has sold over eight million copies around the globe. The broadcast will also include some of Madonna's greatest hits from her legendary career.

In the course of an unparalleled career, the incandescent star has racked up a staggering 35 No. 1 hits on Billboard's Dance charts. The multi-Grammy winning artist, songwriter, producer, best selling children's book author, video visionary and cultural icon has sustained an unrivaled reputation for astonishing stage spectacles and has made musical history many times over including international record sales of over 200 million albums.

The special is produced by Blackdog Films. Madonna, Angela Becker and Guy Oseary, are executive producers; Jonas Auckerlund directs and Sara Martin produces.
