MJ's Dress Sense

I think this needs to be discussed. What's up with his look? I must say he definitely has his own style but that doesn't mean it's good. It's like a cross between Captain Crunch and Sgt.Pepper! Can you picture him wearing jeans and a t-shirt? I can't but it would be fun to see. He should seriously consider a new stylist for his new album.

shrug At least it's original.

He could wear a white tee and some chains like every other r&b artist lately

Crap like that awful 2002 VMAs stuff annoys me, and the military look seems to be in right now with the likes of Kanye West/Jack White/Pete Docherty etc. It just looks old on MJ.

he could still rock a military jacket but it needs to be in a more modern way. some how he looks a bit dated.

you would think a man worth millions & millions would dress a little better.
he looks like a teenagers idea of a rock star.
and I mean a teenager from 1970.
to be more specific he looks like Freddie Mecury is his inspiration.

that's a very good point. why is it that he changes his face but not his style?

because hes not insecure about his style or the way he dresses
he is insecure about his facial appearences
Joe called him big nose, not Bozo

plus he dresses fine, exactly how an egomaniacle person would dress...
like a fucking king, anybody got a pic of what he wore in that god damn HIStory Teaser,

but other than that i believe hes a sharp dresser
and like any man/half alien
looks unbelievable in a dress shirt and slacks

Yeah but it's so fucking bad ass, i remeber he was asked about that, and he gets this big ass smile on his face and goes "perfect, you fell right into my trap" interview says "you wanted people to be outranged" and michael just egarly nods yes and starts laughing!

The futuristic militant look was mad industrial. At the time it was reassuring that Michael Jackson's authority plan for our imminent dystopian future was new jack swing and shiny shoes. But when I heard "Childhood" I realized he was a poseur.

I hated all the history campaign, but yeah, after seeing Prime TIme and him just saying that "he wanted everybody´s attention" I realized that there was nothing more to it than him just playing with us. His only goal was to make ppl think, what´s that about? Yeah, each artist has his way of making controversy. Madonna kisses Britney and Xtina, Michael does this.

Interviews - Prime time - under Adopting.

As for his clothes, not that I like his dressing style, but I appreciate that he´s original. He´s got some real cool clothes and some real bad clothes - as anyone I guess.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Just wanted to say:When is the last time that we have seen MJ in "flooded pants"? Granted he still does wear white socks SOMETIMES, but I haven't seen him in "flooded pants" in quite some time. During his trial, he looked great everyday. I guess since the trial wasn't televised, most people did not see his elegant three-piece suits that were different for everyday that he came to court.Michael is an original and that is just ONE more reason that I am a fan of his. He walks to his own drumbeat and doesn't allow anyone to tell him what to do. Sometimes that can be good and sometimes it is not good. Michael is always going to be Michael.
