As always i feel that if someone is already established they dont owe shit to anyone, Brintey was married late 2004, at that point she wasnt even recording so there wasnt any big money rolling in from albums, tours etc that maybe he could get a piece of not that he deserves a dime, jus like McCartneys wife doesnt deserve a dime. Now as far as her kids im sure he will try to say she is unfit based on certain things that happend in the press, but he is not exactly mr. straight and sober, so im guessing he will get nothing and probably become the next KATO.

That's pretty much how it is in California. Any property earned before the marriage is Britney's sole property. Any property earned during the marriage is split 50/50, unless there is a prenup that distributes the property differently.

guys, i'm actually sad about this. so many marriages are splitting up. it just scares me because i'm married too. oh well....
