Jay-Z P Diddy new songs with same sample?

I'm a little confused, theres Jay Z new song "show Me' and P Diddy "We Gonna Make It" with the same exact sample? I like em, but can't figure out how this came about? Kinda weird to have the exact same sample on 2 songs coming out at the same time isn't it?

No, the two new songs are "Show Me What you Got" by Jay-Z and P diddy's "We Gonna Make It". Both have the same background music. the only difference is the rap and chorus, but the music is exactly the same.

And some folks get upset when I call Jay Zzzzz "the poor man's Poof Diddler". lol

I love that sample. Do rappers even care if they have the same exact sample on a release thats coming out at the same time?

Put those songs on when you're driving, they'll make you drive fast!

I think they do. I think Jay-Z was kind of pissed at JustBlaze for doing that.

Any idea what the sample is from? I hard an instrumental version today. It's pretty cool, great jazz drums..
