Jeff Buckley's 'Grace'

How is this album. Never heard it, but I keep hearing great things about it. Sux that Buckley died at such an early stage in his career.

So should I buy it or not?

Seriously, "Grace" is one of the most beautiful albums ever made. Give it time and it will become an indispensable part of your life.

I couldn't fully get into Grace. Maybe someday. It's good in spots and then it's too squishy.

According to my wife, "this is how a man should sing when he wants to make love to a woman." here is the power of Jeff Buckley: it made instant friends of my wife and my ex b/c she loned my wife a tape and said "you'll love this stuff." "Lover you should have come over" is a great song. He's definitely got some power in his writing and it is a true shame he died so early. To me listening to Grace is like the first time you heard Luther sing "a house is not a home"...you just go "wtf? This dude is gonna make me cry 'cause he's so right!"

Yet when I started a thread about his father, who's an even better vocalist,no one was interested.
